Welcome to Tatsavi Higher Education

Careers with Purpose. Leaders with Impact.

India is producing millions of graduates every year. The problem is not the number. It is that 45.9% of them are not employable in roles that require applied, cross-functional leadership — the very skills that every industry is now hiring for and finding in short supply.

The gap is not about intelligence. It is about exposure. Students know the theory. They have not been asked to act on it.

TATSAVI’s SDG Leadership Program closes that gap — inside your academic calendar, without adding to your faculty’s workload, and with full documentation for your NAAC, NIRF, and THE Impact Rankings submissions.

Why This Matters Right Now

Four forces are converging that make this program not just relevant, but urgent for every college leader in India.

Trillion Dollar Shift

Sustainability has become one of the largest forces driving capital flows and shaping industries, with projections indicating that ESG – related assets will surpass $30 trillion worldwide.

India's Talent Pipeline Is Failing the Market

The World Economic Forum – universities lack skilling in systems thinking, stakeholder communication, and purpose-driven problem-solving.

The India Skills Report 2024 – Only 45.9% of Indian graduates are employable in applied leadership.

Regulatory Pressure Is Accelerating

Top global companies that follow the BRSR framework actively recruit candidates who have received sustainability training.

Emphasis on Application and Community Engagement

Indian higher education excels in research, it must enhance practical application and meaningful community outreach for students.

What Changes When a Student Goes Through This Program

The SDG Leadership Program is not a workshop. It is a structured transformation experience — built around real problems, real communities, and real professional outcomes. Here is what changes for the students who complete it:

Before the Program
After the Program
Knows the SDG framework from a textbook.
Can map a real community problem to a specific UN SDG indicator and build a measurable intervention.
Has studied sustainability in lectures.
Has conducted a field visit, gathered community data, designed a micro-project, and executed it.
Can describe systems thinking.
Has applied root cause analysis to a live problem and identified a workable leverage point.
Has a degree.
Has a degree and a verified project portfolio that employers can examine and validate.
Knows what career they want in theory.
Has spoken with a working practitioner, built a real network connection, and has a documented career pathway.
Graduates as a knowledge holder.
Graduates as a problem-solver — confident, networked, and ready to contribute on Day 1.

Reasons to Choose TATSAVI

The decision to partner with TATSAVI is not a values decision — though values are aligned. It is a strategic institutional decision, driven by three measurable outcomes:

Step 1
Step 2
Step 3

The SDG Leadership Programs

TATSAVI’s SDG Leadership Program is a structured, semester-compatible, community-embedded learning experience for undergraduate students across all disciplines. It is not a seminar series or an add-on elective. It is a four-phase model that takes students from awareness to action — and leaves a documented trail of evidence at every stage.

Each SDG is delivered through a structured four-phase model totalling 28 hours per SDG. The model can be delivered as a concentrated intensive or distributed across the academic year.

Assessment & Documentation Phase

The final 4 hours of each SDG module are dedicated to formal assessment, public presentation, and university documentation delivery.

The UNSDG Workshop Programme

In addition to the IL-LAB SDG Leadership Program for universities, TATSAVI delivers a focused workshop series for college courses across 10 disciplines. Each workshop is designed to connect the academic subject to its real-world sustainability dimension and the career opportunities that it creates.

We Track Student Outcomes for Six Months After the Program

Most training programs measure completion. TATSAVI measures consequences. We track every student who participates in the program for six months post-completion — recording employment secured, ventures launched, SDG-linked roles entered, and community projects continued. That outcome data is reported to your institution and feeds directly into your NIRF Graduation Outcomes submission with real, audited numbers. You do not estimate the impact of this program. You evidence it.

Our Practitioner Network Becomes Your Institution's Network

Every workshop TATSAVI delivers is facilitated by a working professional — an ESG analyst, an environmental lawyer, a clean energy entrepreneur, an AgriTech founder — not a trainer who has studied these fields. When that practitioner enters your classroom, they bring their professional network with them. Students who engage well have a direct path to internships, mentorships, and first employment through the practitioner relationships they build during the program. This is not a promised outcome. It is a structural feature of how the program is designed.

We Align to Everything Your Institution Already Values

NEP 2020 mandates experiential learning, community engagement, and global citizenship. NAAC evaluates them. NIRF measures the employment outcomes they produce. THE Impact Rankings reward the SDG evidence they generate. TATSAVI does not ask your institution to care about something new. We deliver the documented evidence for the commitments your institution has already made — efficiently, professionally, and completely.

We Remove the Documentation Burden Entirely

The most common reason college leaders hesitate to implement experiential learning programs is bandwidth — their IQAC teams and faculty are already stretched to capacity. TATSAVI has designed every program to produce its own documentation. Every workshop generates a complete NAAC-formatted evidence package: competency assessments, community engagement records, SDG indicator maps, K-12 outreach registers with beneficiary counts and school signatures, and partnership documentation. Your IQAC coordinator receives a finished, signed file within 10 working days of each session. Your team does not write a word.

We Are Practitioners, Not Presenters

TATSAVI's team has over 200 years of combined experience across education, CSR, community development, health, and social impact — not in delivering content about these fields, but in doing the work itself. Our Lead Trainer has 25 years inside the Indian education ecosystem, having transformed 400+ rural schools, trained 2,000+ teachers, and impacted 3 lakh+ students. Our SDG programs are designed by people who have implemented them, evaluated them, and iterated on them in real communities — not adapted from international templates.

Every Program Is Mapped to Your Ranking Outcomes

TATSAVI does not deliver generic sustainability content. Every module is designed with explicit NAAC criterion alignment, NIRF graduation outcome mapping, and THE Impact Rankings SDG evidence generation built into the architecture from the start. When you brief your NAAC peer team, you are not describing what TATSAVI does — you are submitting what TATSAVI has documented. The program has been designed to make your accreditation stronger, not just your students' skills.
